This grass, native to India, also has medical properties as well. Recent studies show that lemongrass can be used as an anti-fungal herb, which is helpful for certain types of infections.

Peppermint is generally thought of as something to eat, but it is also one of the many aromatherapy oils. As an essential oil, it can help people overcome mental fatigue and apathy. It can also help treat headaches and restore focus. The minty smell also improves the overall mood of most people exposed to it.
